if you are a Student with experience in CAD and work between 3 and 6 months as an intern (40 hrs./week), you should get 500-800 euro/month. This is a realistic salary, if they cannot pay this, they have probably no assignments. If you work for free longer than 4 weeks, you destroy the wages as well as employers who dont want to pay.
